These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aepto, a software-as-a-service product operated by Limitless Hosting Ltd. By accessing or using Aepto, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aepto.

By using Aepto, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of Aepto complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Description of the Service

Aepto is a software-as-a-service platform that provides tools, features, and functionality under free and paid plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Aepto at any time, with or without notice.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted through your account

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Free Plan

Aepto offers a Free Plan that includes access to a substantial portion of its features.

The Free Plan is intended to allow evaluation of Aepto before purchasing a paid subscription.
Features, limits, and availability of the Free Plan may change at any time without notice.

6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.

By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new customers only, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
• The account must demonstrate minimal usage of paid features
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion
• Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or existing customers
• Abuse or repeated refund requests may result in denial

The availability of the Free Plan is provided to allow adequate evaluation prior to purchase.

8. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Cancellations

You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms
• Any chargeback or disputed payment may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Aepto account
• Upon a chargeback, all access to Aepto may be revoked immediately, including any remaining subscription time

Cancellation on Chargeback

• If a chargeback is filed, your subscription will be fully cancelled
• Any associated accounts, services, or data may be disabled or removed
• We reserve the right to deny future access to Aepto for accounts associated with chargeback abuse

This section does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Aepto. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Attempting to bypass technical, security, or usage limits
• Reverse engineering or copying Aepto
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code
• Using Aepto in a way that harms others or the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Prohibited Content and Restricted Domains

Aepto must not be used in connection with domains, websites, services, or content that involve, promote, host, or link to any of the following:

• Adult or pornographic content
• Escorting, prostitution, or sexually explicit services
• Gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, or similar activities
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive materials
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Hate speech, extremist content, or violent material
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Any activity that is illegal or restricted under United Kingdom law

We reserve the right to:

• Review domains and content associated with Aepto usage
• Immediately suspend or terminate accounts found in violation
• Remove access without refund in cases of serious or unlawful misuse

11. Use of AI Features

Aepto may include features powered by artificial intelligence technologies.

• AI-generated outputs are provided as-is
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability
• You are responsible for how outputs are used or relied upon
• Aepto must not be used to generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Aepto, including software, trademarks, branding, and content, belong to Limitless Hosting Ltd. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aepto in accordance with these Terms.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Aepto.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing and operating Aepto.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit all content you provide.

14. Service Availability

Aepto is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

15. Termination

You may stop using Aepto at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited or unlawful activity
• You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use Aepto ends immediately.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aepto is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Hosting Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Aepto in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Hosting Ltd. from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Aepto, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aepto after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
